Job descriptionMinimum 7 years of working experience in design engineering, construction, or IDD project management. At least 5 years of hands-on BIM experience, with prior roles as a Project-level BIM Manager and BIM Modeller in large-scale infrastructure projects. Successfully completed at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase). Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) and / or other recognized BIM authoring software courses by authorized training providers. Alternatively, certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2). Proficient in BIM software such as : Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Bentley Software, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
- Support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM deliverables.
- Conduct model reviews using various BIM software and generate reports for project coordination.
- Participate in design and construction coordination meetings.
