More than just restaurants, our venues are creative spaces that bring together design, gastronomy, art and culture – each becoming a local hotspot in its neighborhood. We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and shape the future of our brands in Singapore and France.
You will be in charge of the creation, development and execution of our communication, branding and marketing strategy , with the ambition to maintain and reinforce the positioning of each venue as a vibrant local destination.
- Develop brand strategies for each concept with strong, inspired, and differentiated visual identities and cross-channel editorial tone (from menu design to social stickers).
- Ensure cohesive and elevated branding across all touchpoints in Singapore and France.
- Design and implement digital strategies (SEO, email marketing) based on performance data and customer insights.
- Lead content creation across channels : social media, video, photoshoots, newsletters, and in-house collateral.
- Define and execute social media strategy with support of in-house team.
- Oversee community management and engagement.
- Define and activate a clear influencer and brand collaboration strategy.
- Build meaningful partnerships with aligned brands, talents, creators, medisa, PR agencies and businesses.
- Initiate and produce brand events and B2B / B2C collaborations throughout the year : from concept to commercialisation, negotiation, team briefing, and execution.
- Manage operational marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset.
- Oversee CRM, email marketing, and campaign performance across platforms.
- Support local teams on tactical activations and promotions.
- Manage a small creative and marketing team.
- Monitor and optimise marketing budgets across brands and geographies.
- from 5 to 7 years min. of experience in marketing, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B environments.
- A creative and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both brand building and digital performance.
- Passion for content creation, design, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market and emerging consumer trends.
- Strong project and team management skills.
- Excellent command of English (French is a plus).
- Self-starter, with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Lead the marketing vision of a fast-growing F&B lifestyle group.
