Roles & Responsibilities

Job Info :

Salary : Basic up to $3800 + AWS + VB
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (Office Hours); Saturday (Half day)
Location : Changi (Company transport pick up at designated points)

Job Scope :

Respond promptly to customers’ enquiries

Ensure full compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures

Liaise with overseas agents on requirements and rate negotiations

Prepare shipping documentation for LCL and FCL shipments

Coordinate with import and export operations teams to ensure documentation and invoicing accuracy

Liaise and coordinate with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment delivery

Prepare sea freight quotations for ad-hoc COD customers

Arrange packing and labelling for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments

Provide quotations upon request

Responsible for monthly closing of shipment files

Handle DG declarations as required

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight / seafreight)

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
