Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer :
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and receive incoming cargo into the parts store.
- Update part inventory records and communicate part status to the store administration team.
- Record and track part movements accurately using the SAP system (training provided if needed).
- Conduct weekly and annual stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Retrieve and deliver spare parts to the Customer Care Counter as required.
- Report any defective parts or discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately.
- Rotate across duties or departments when operational needs arise.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in accordance with 5S standards.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Secondary Education or GCE O Level.Previous experience in store or warehouse operations is preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is advantageous.Strong team player with the ability to work independently.Good verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous, responsible, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.Fast learner with basic computer literacy and a willingness to improve work processes.Additional Information :
