Job description

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Administration of music schools operation, both direct and sateliite centers.
  • School fee payment control including accounts receivable monitoring and all GIRO process.
  • Update and maintain school management system (ERP) records, including fees, course codes etc.
  • General office administrative support at Head Office.
  • On site customer engagement service support at branches.
  • On site branch level activities support, including open house, trial lessons etc.
  • Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements : -

  • Minimum diploma in media marketing or related field
  • Related work experience in retail is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English is required
