Roles & Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from multiple platforms
• Communicate with clients on order issues
• Pick and pack small orders
• Arrange and schedule deliveries
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and handle documents
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager
