Location : Circular Road, Boat Quay, Singapore
Concept : Café by day | Food-forward bar by night

Job Responsibilities
Ensure dishes are prepared to meet quality and consistency standards.
Maintain freshness, proper labeling, and organized storage of all ingredients.
Prepare and present food according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment; weekly deep-cleaning of fridges, freezers, and kitchen tools.
Regular stock checks and support with ordering supplies.
Responsible for operating the dishwashing machine and ensuring all plates, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized properly.
Working Hours
10 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM
Break : 3 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM
Work Schedule : 5 days per week
