Job Posting : Nightclub Operations Manager

Location : Central

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : $4,800 to $6,600 Competitive / Negotiable

Are you a passionate, dynamic, and highly organized individual with a love for the nightlife industry? Do you have a proven track record in managing high-energy environments and a keen eye for detail? If so, we want you to join our team as our Nightclub Operations Manager!

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the nightclub, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and health and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor and control all aspects of the venue's budget, including expenses, inventory, and labour costs.
Plan, organize, and execute special events, VIP experiences, and promotions to drive foot traffic and revenue.
Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to build exciting events that align with the brand and attract the right crowd.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, customer complaints, or emergencies that may arise during the shift.
Analyse business trends and performance metrics to develop strategies for growth and optimization.
Report directly to senior management and provide regular updates on operational performance and key metrics.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nightclub or hospitality management, with a focus on operations.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, inventory management, and budgeting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge of safety and health regulations, including local laws concerning alcohol and nightlife venues.

Experience in event coordination and promotion is a plus.
