Job Summary

Drive business growth by managing sales targets, overseeing certification operations, and developing strategic partnerships within the Certification Business Unit at EHS Universal Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and analyze profit and loss per contract within company guidelines to ensure financial performance and sustainable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial teams to coordinate and execute successful new product launches that meet market demands.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly sales review meetings chaired by management to monitor progress, align strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Authorize contract reviews and approve quotations to ensure compliance with company policies and risk management standards.
  • Oversee sales and operations departments to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver seamless certification services.
  • Manage key account clients by maintaining ongoing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and increasing revenue streams.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador by planning and prioritizing partnership activities that enhance market presence and business growth.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to support integrated business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Develop and deliver segment-specific offers using customer analytics, profiling, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive targeted cross-selling strategies.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of cross-sell campaigns to optimize marketing and sales initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Establish a systematic, process-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship management to improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align internal goals with partner relationship strategies and business development plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company contract guidelines and policies to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Prepare marketing and presentation materials to support business development initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
  • Regularly review sales terms and conditions with Head of Department approval to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.
  • Monitor new certifications and renewal audits to ensure continuous compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly reports tracking sales performance and operational metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives and team success.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry.
  • Prior experience in ISO certification is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to collaborate as a team player and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
