Job descriptionDevelop and maintain system architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks. Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability across business applications. Lead the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks to support future growth. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Lead development cycles, including estimations, timelines, and technical reviews. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Units, IT Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Vendors—to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels. Coordinate with external partners or service providers when required. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer and coding best practices. Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for coding, documentation, and testing. Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and optimisation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in application development or software engineering. Proven experience in leading technical development or project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
