The Core Insurance Business Unit delivers consulting and implementation services that help global insurers achieve digital transformation and operational excellence.

Our expertise spans system design, integration, and support for SAP / SAP Fioneer’s insurance applications (e.g., Policy Management, Claims Management, Incentives & Commission Management, Collections & Disbursements), as well as msg.life Factory , Europe’s leading policy administration system.

We are also advancing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in the insurance domain — building next-generation data-driven solutions to optimize underwriting, claims, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Plan, design, and develop advanced AI / ML models and algorithms that solve real-world insurance challenges.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) to support model development.
• Lead the research and prototyping of new AI methodologies (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, deep learning) tailored to the insurance sector.
• Explore and visualize complex datasets to uncover insights and business value for clients.
• Conduct rigorous model testing, interpret findings, and evaluate performance for scaling and deployment.
• Collaborate with SAP / insurance consultants to integrate AI solutions into core insurance platforms (e.g., FS-PM, FS-CM).
• Identify risks, constraints, and assumptions in AI solution design, applying mitigation strategies.
• Publish knowledge, share expertise internally, and contribute to thought leadership in AI for insurance .
• Stay updated on emerging AI / ML technologies and assess their applicability to insurance transformation.
