Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dim sum dishes , including steamed, fried, and baked items, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Develop and refine recipes to incorporate seasonal ingredients and meet evolving customer preferences.
• Maintain presentation, flavor, and portion standards in alignment with company expectations.
• Oversee ingredient preparation, portion control, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff , providing guidance on traditional and modern dim sum preparation techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely and coordinated service , especially during peak periods.
• Monitor kitchen equipment performance , reporting malfunctions and coordinating maintenance as needed.
