Role Overview
The Production Executive is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily production activities, recording operational data, and learning the end-to-end production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in monitoring daily production output and machine performance.
- Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
- Assist in preparing basic production schedules and reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Participate in safety drills and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Provide suggestions for improving efficiency and safety where possible.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience
0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or project work in manufacturing preferred).Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of production processes and workflow.Eager to learn, with good observation and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn ERP systems.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to shift work if required.Tell employers what skills you have
