Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Sales Consultant (Postgrad Education)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advise professionals via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups to drive interest
  • Support applicants through the admissions journey
  • Build strong relationships and motivate lifelong learning
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Collaborate with marketing and programme teams
  • Represent the brand with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (bonus : sales / marketing / counselling certs)
  • Experience in sales, admissions, or business development (education sector preferred)
  • 3 years' experience in sales, including cold calls and hunter roles
  • Confident communicator, especially with mid-career executives
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven
