RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage different classes of claims including Casualty, Financial Lines, Cyber and other liability claims.
• Investigate and negotiate claims settlements and recoveries. Oversee complaints handling and resolution
• Lead and manage a team of claims professionals. Train, coach, and mentor junior staff. Guide staff on complex or difficult claims.
• Review claim files, monitor recoveries, set reserves, and authorize claims payments.
• Handle enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries through regular engagement.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, loss adjusters, and external experts.
• Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
