Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day basic IT support and services for various IT requests, such as those related to internet connection, printer, phone, computer hardware etc.
- Manage IT Assets, software licenses, IT budget and expenditure
- Review and enforce IT security policies and procedures, to improve security control, workflow and productivity of IT operations
- Negotiate IT contracts and procurement of IT services, telecommunication, hardware, software and consumables
- Manage project implementation for group of companies, taking ownership of a project or assisting the project manager to coordinate with different stakeholders, ensuring smooth completion of projects
- Data analyzation reports
- Other ad-hoc duties
