Accounts Executive

Location : Pandan Loop, Singapore

Working Days : 5 Days (Monday – Friday)

Company Overview :

Our Client is a growing wholesale meat distribution company located at Pandan Loop, committed to delivering quality products and excellent service in the market. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and file GST submissions accurately and timely.
• Manage and liaise with government authorities such as IRAS , MOM , CPF , and other statutory boards.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll processing and CPF submissions when required.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and banks.
• Handle administrative tasks related to finance and accounts when necessary.
• Communicate and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers effectively.
