Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

Assist in diving transformation programme to deliver efficiency gains.
Assist in diving the design and implementation of new workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and policies.
Process Automation & Offshoring : Coordinate the automation of CRO Office processes, including the identification of suitable workflows for offshoring. Manage transition plans, stakeholder communications, and risk assessments associated with offshoring.
Prepare management presentations to communicate transformation progress, project milestones, and key outcomes to senior leadership and governance forums.
Assist to coordinate key projects and initiatives within the CRO division, including ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior leadership.
Collaborate with Data Analytics and Technology teams to leverage digital tools and data-driven insights for process optimisation and automation.
Provide assistance in planning and execution of divisional events, budgeting cycles, and staff promotion ranking exercises, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with internal policies
Assist as point of contact on new initiatives to drive data-driven insights and automation.
Promote awareness of operational risk management
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

At least 3+ years of experience with offshoring and process re-engineering

Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI)

Attention to detail coupled with experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change.

Strong stakeholder management stills and an ability to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
