Job description
  • Preparing and booking for accounting entries in AP / AR and GL modules
  • Work on financial reporting
  • Preparing payments (for vendor invoices, inter-company payments, employee expenses, withholding tax, etc.)
  • Issuing invoices to clients and cash application
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Petty cash
  • Support for monthly / yearly closing, preparing financial statements, and tax returns
  • Management of contract filing and status
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Controlling of employees’ expense claims and analysis
  • Other adhoc tasks

    • Requirements :

    • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
    • 5+ years of accounting experience
    • Understanding and experience in International accounting (IFRS, US GAAP)
    • Experience in using ERP system (SAP, Oracle R12, etc.)
