BIM MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Develop and submit the BEP as required.
• Oversee and manage BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage BIM-related tasks with stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
• Utilize BIM software tools such as AutoCAD, Bentley, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for project development and coordination.
• Leverage experience in managing projects related to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve BIM-related issues in the project.
• Manage project delivery, digital solutions, and innovations.
• Implement and optimize processes for BIM / VDC / IDD.
• Manage protocols for BIM information exchange among stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage ICE meetings, ensuring objectives are met.
• Participate actively in ICE meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage and perform checks on BIM deliverables to identify discrepancies.
• Implement BIM visualization and simulation applications to enhance project understanding and stakeholder engagement.
