Project Director – Building Construction

We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead the full lifecycle of building construction projects. This involves planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and safety standards is required.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• A strong focus on quality assurance and control throughout the construction process is essential.
• Liaising with government authorities, clients, and partners is crucial for smooth project delivery.
• Strategic input on design, procurement, and construction methodologies is also required.
• Maintaining project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed is a key aspect of this role.
• Mentoring and developing project managers and site teams is an added responsibility.
