Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To ensure the office environment is consistently clean, tidy, and hygienic across all areas including the general workspace, pantry, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Main Office Area & Director’s office
- Tidy up and clean desks and chairs
- Collect and wash the used cups from desk
- Empty general waste bins
- Vacuum and mop all floors
2. Pantry Area
Clean the coffee machine and teapots thoroughlyRefill the fridge’s automatic ice maker water tank with fresh water dailyWipe and sanitize dining table and countertopsWash cups, plates, and utensils as neededEmpty pantry trash binRestock and organize pantry supplies; notify the Office Manager when supplies are low3. Common Areas (Collaboration Spaces, Courtyard, etc.)
Wipe down and sanitize all door handles throughout the office dailyDust surfaces, ledges, and windowsEmpty general binVacuum and mop floors4. Meeting Room
Clean and sanitize meeting table and chairsEmpty waste bin5. Washrooms (2 units)
Clean and disinfect the toilet bowlRefill toilet paper and tissue supplyEmpty general and sanitary waste binsClean wash basins and countertopsRequirements
Prior experience in office or commercial cleaning preferredAble to work independently with a strong sense of responsibilityPhysically fit and detail-orientedReliable, punctual, and trustworthyLegally eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens, PRs, or LTVP holders with valid LOC preferred)Other Information
Cleaning materials and equipment will be provided by the CompanyA cleaning trial will be required prior to the final selectionTell employers what skills you have
