Compliance Lead - Fintech / Payments Licensing (MPI Focus) We are partnering with a leading fintech company in Singapore that is expanding its regulatory and compliance team. They are seeking a Compliance Manager with hands-on experience in securing a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license under the Payment Services Act. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end process of MPI license applications and regulatory submissions to MAS. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, including MAS, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Singapore's financial regulations. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations and product offerings. Collaborate with legal, product, and operations teams to ensure compliance across all business units. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence. Requirements

5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within fintech, payments, or financial services. Proven track record of successfully applying for and obtaining an MPI license in Singapore. Strong understanding of the Payment Services Act and MAS regulatory landscape. Experience in building and implementing compliance programs and internal controls. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Seniority level
