As an Assistant Manager Marketing Communicationsat
MyRepublic, you will drive Go-to-Market (GTM) and Marketing
Communications for Consumer Broadband and Value-Added Services. You
will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel
marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement,
and business growth.
This role requires a
strategic marketer with experience and passion in integrated
campaigns, digital marketing, and social media management. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to
launch impactful campaigns.
How
you'll contribute to MyRepublic's
success : Marketing
Strategy & Go-to-Market
Execution
Lead
Go-to-Market planning and execution (including Press Releases) for
product launches, promotions, and key initiatives (e.g.,
events).
Develop and implement
segment-targeted, 360-degree marketing campaigns, strategizing the
use of various internal direct marketing tools (such as email
marketing and Push Notification messages etc), Offline touchpoints,
social media and working with Performance Marketing counterpart on
advertising and content marketing.
Work with
the product marketing and sales teams to execution promotional
campaigns to drive sales and
conversions.
Content
& Digital Marketing
Craft compelling marketing communication messages and
oversee copywriting for various materials.
Lead email marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition and retention.
Manage campaign
analysis and deliver insights-driven post-campaign
reports.
Social Media
& Community Engagement
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance
brand engagement and reach.
Monitor audience
sentiment, track trends, and generate meaningful reports with
actionable insights.
Manage the social media
budget and optimize spending based on performance
analytics.
Project
& Brand Management
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and agency
relationships to ensure efficient execution.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring alignment with brand
guidelines and strategy.
Handle administrative
tasks such as purchase requests and financial
accruals.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a
related field.
5+ years of experience in Brand
Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Social Media
Marketing.
Experience in cross-channel
marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, email,
offline).
Proven ability to develop and
execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Proficiency in MailChimp. Experience in using WordPress,
Google Analytics will be preferred.
Experience
with Google Ads, DoubleClick (preferred).
Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize
strategies, and report insights.
Ability to
manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced
environment.
Telecom industry experience is a
plus, but not mandatory.
Strong writing &
presentation skills, with a passion for technology and
gaming.
