Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Proactive and self‑driven, with a strong focus on results. Able to work independently and within a team. Prior experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is a plus. Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) will have an added advantage. Remuneration package : Basic allowance (for inexperienced hires / Transition package (for experienced hires) + commission + performance bonus + tactical incentives. Job Overview
We are looking for driven, people‑focused individuals to join our team as Financial Adviser Representatives – Wealth Managers. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage client portfolios by providing holistic financial advice, investment solutions, and wealth‑building strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions in areas including insurance, investment, retirement, and education planning.
- Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and exceptional service.
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients, including high‑net‑worth and mass affluent individuals.
- Identify clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate wealth and risk management strategies.
- Keep abreast of development in financial markets, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of holistic financial solutions.
- Participate in mandatory training, professional development programs, and licensing examinations as required under regulatory frameworks (for candidates not yet certified).
