Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
Key responsibilities include :
- In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline
- Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs
- Knowledge of regional market in terms of new product development, market potential / size, key players, consumption patterns, etc
- To manage and build relationships with customers and distributors
- To enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specifications, and promotional mechanisms
- Participate in global trade shows and exhibitions to promote brand awareness
Job Requirements :
Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalentPossess an outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation and determinationStrong in customer relationship management and networkingGood command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)Willingness to travel as and when requiredSingaporean onlyTell employers what skills you have
