Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Executive to support our company’s daily operations, administrative tasks, and offline marketing events. This role will involve coordinating venue bookings, providing on-site support for events, and assisting with recruitment, interviews, and training coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including document filing, contract follow-up, and record management
- Source and book suitable venues for company roadshows and offline events, and conduct site visits to assess suitability
- Provide on-site operational support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates
- Support training coordination, including onboarding of new hires and arranging training sessions
- Provide general administrative and operational support for company projects and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements :
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or HR supportStrong communication and coordination skills to work with both internal teams and external vendorsProficient in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceResponsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyInterest in event operations and willingness to provide on-site support when requiredTell employers what skills you have
