m&e Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all contracts, preparing plans and budgets, and other documentation.
Key responsibilities include :
- Preparing documents for sourcing quotations at both pre and post tender stages
- Conducting tender evaluation and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with the procurement department to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Monitoring and tracking project expenses to optimize profit
- Attending progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and capturing variation claims and potential variation works and time implications
- Preparing and submitting claims, variation orders, budget and cost control and settlement of final accounts
Requirements :
