Job descriptionCivil Works : Roads, drainage, sewerage systems, water pipelines. Structural Works : Design of buildings, bridges, underground and temporary structures. Geotechnical Works : Deep foundations, basement excavations, tunnels. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and foundation design, especially for buildings and underground structures. Proficiency in Plaxis 2D / 3D and other engineering software is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, local submission procedures, and codes of practice. Previous experience with deep excavation, basement, or infrastructure projects preferred. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to manage time effectively and perform under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate civil engineering projects and perform analysis and detailed design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
- Use design software tools such as Civil 3D, InRoads, InRails, Plaxis 2D / 3D, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Robot, and more.
- Conduct site inspections, review instrumentation data, and monitor work performance.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and submissions to local authorities.
- Attend project and coordination meetings with stakeholders and clients.
- Draft tender specifications, assist in procurement, and manage construction contracts.
