Description

  • Liaise with

supplier on material pricing and issuing Purchase

Order

  • Update material usage for respective

    • project site

  • Monitor material ordered from

    • site in terms of over PO and ordering trends.

    Coordinate with site personnel on material

    issues

  • Update on material transaction for

    • store

  • Matching PO, DO and

    • invoices

  • Manage full spectrum of purchasing

    • process including but not limited to sourcing, quotation,

    negotiation, document filing and following up on the delivery

    schedules, etc.

  • Track orders and ensure timely

    • delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to

    respective staff, or job

    sites.

    Job

    Specification

  • At least Diploma

    • in related field.

  • Minimum 1 years' experience

    • in M&E purchasing role with Singapore.

    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

    Ability to communicate well with project teams and

    suppliers.
