Job descriptionMinimum GCE 'O' Level qualification. At least 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics (preferred). Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently. Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Proactive with a positive attitude and initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and issue invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
- Declare import and export permits via TradeNet.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers.
