Roles & Responsibilities
Internship Duration
Full-time internship (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 3 to 6 months .
Candidates must be available for full-time work during the internship period.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the processing of sales orders , including entry of sales contracts, order details, and resource checks into internal systems;
- Assist in executing service-related operations such as new service activation, changes, and terminations after delivery;
- Help coordinate administrative tasks for the business team and maintain internal documentation;
- Verify business documents for completeness and accuracy, and notify relevant teams to proceed with operational follow-ups (e.g., start date or cancellation);
- Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews for service-related records;
- Provide support to country offices within the ASEAN region for order acceptance and related coordination tasks;
- Complete other duties assigned by the department.
Requirements
Education :Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related fieldTechnical Skills :Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)Familiarity with sales support systems or business workflows is a plusLanguage Skills :Fluent in both English and Mandarin – required to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders in Mainland ChinaAble to review and handle basic bilingual documentationOther Qualities :Responsible, detail-oriented, and organizedStrong communication and coordination abilitiesEager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitudeMust have valid work authorization or student visa that allows full-time internship in SingaporeTell employers what skills you have
