Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading real estate player and is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the operations of a retail mall.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage M&E, building, and fire safety teams.
• Oversee daily mall operations, tenancy fit-out, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Conduct failure analysis and propose operational improvements.
• Maintain records for M&E systems and building assets.
• Support tenants on technical matters per lease terms.
• Plan and implement emergency procedures and fire safety compliance.
• Drive AEI projects and green initiatives (e.g., Green Mark).
• Act as Duty Manager and assume FSM responsibilities when required.
