Quantity take-off and cost

estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers

Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit

tenders with specific deadline

Liaise and

coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and

Sub-contractors

Contract and tender document

administration

Collaborate with project team

and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per

design requirements.

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Quantity

Surveying

Minimum 1-2 years relevant

experience in building and construction industries - ACMV

SYSTEM

Fresh graduate is welcome to

Possess strong project organizational

skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as

well as in a team

Good communication,

interpersonal and problem solving

skills
