Position : Vice President (ACMV Industry) - Up to $15,000 - Bukit Batok

Location : Bukit Batok

Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $15,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across sales, production, and business development to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.

Partner with the CEO to develop, refine, and implement long-term growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market opportunities.

Continuously assess operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Lead, mentor, and empower department heads to drive performance, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-performance culture across teams.

Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Proactively identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management to maximize operational efficiency while supporting financial targets.

Requirements

Must have previous work experience in China

Preferably with related experience in ACMV or related fields

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
