The Job
Develop and enhance administrative systems, policies, and procedures for efficient office management.Oversee daily operations, including reception, mailroom, and overall office management.Monitor and manage office expenses, including supplies and equipment, and prepare budgets for the office management function.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate with the landlord and Building Managing Agent (MA) on office-related matters.Lead the digitization of documents and manage record-keeping.Oversee office renovations and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.Act as Fire Warden, managing fire drills, evacuation plans, and communication with landlords regarding fire alarms.Support human resource operations and perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.The Talent
Degree holders in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience in office management, facilities management, project managementAbility to handle and communicate with different stakeholdersProficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPointAble to think and work independently and as a team member in a challenging environmentNext Step
