Centre Manager / Assistant Manager - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

BearyFun Gym is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a passion for children's gymnastics. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering top-notch customer service, and fostering a positive team environment.

Business Management :

1) Plan and implement strategies to achieve business targets

2) Analyze and review management indicators and costs, identifying areas for improvement

3) Continuously monitor sales and customer service to optimize performance

4) Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team

5) Optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses

Gymnastics Curriculum (Preferably) :

1) Experienced in coaching gymnastics for children (aged 18 months to 12 years)

2) Confident in leading classes of 10–20 children at a time

3) Understand and implement gymnastics curriculum tailored to different levels

4) Mentor and guide trainee and junior coaches

People Management :

1) Act as a role model for the team, setting high standards of performance and behavior

2) Communicate effectively and proactively with the team

3) Develop team members’ skills and knowledge, ensuring growth and progression

4) Identify employee potential and support their career development

5) Manage personnel administration and scheduling efficiently

6) Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly, fostering a positive work environment

7) Ensure compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements

8) Prioritize the health and safety of both staff and children
