This is a high growthopportunity working with our ESMB businesses in Philippines. Youwill drive sales growth within the ESMB segment in Philippines. TheManager, Sales is responsible for defining strategies for growingrevenue, identifying account-wide opportunities, and successfullyrunning both the strategic and operationallevels.

As a first line Manager, Sales, you willbe managing and developing a team of Account Executives. You willparticipate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well aswork cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resourcesas required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring anddevelopment of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring andtraining new team members on sales process. You are responsible foryour team's forecastaccuracy.

We are seeking a proven, tacticaland strategic Manager, Sales to lead a team of Account Executiveswho are tasked with generating growth in our Emerging SmallBusiness & Small Medium Business Accounts. The appointed salesleader will play a key role in leading this highly visible andmotivated team that generates revenues and achieves individual,team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor tothe corporate sales strategy while providing definition andimplementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporateobjectives.

YourQualifications

  • Attracting, recruiting andretaining top talent
  • Supporting direct reports byparticipating and leading in client and prospect meetings. Engagingother corporate resources as required
  • Ongoing mentoringand development of the Emerging Small Business sales team inbusiness development and opportunity management
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regardingstrategies to drive closure
  • Reporting on sales activityand forecast to senior sales management
  • Consistentlymonitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking theresults

Required skills andExperience

  • Extensive software salesexperience in an individual contributor and management role,including sales management experience
  • Proven record ofsales success in a similar enterprise software applicationenvironment
  • Successful track record in a high volumetransaction sales environment
  • Workingknowledge / experience of the CRM space
  • Excellentpresentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrivein a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to hire andtrain new sales representatives
