This is a high growthopportunity working with our ESMB businesses in Philippines. Youwill drive sales growth within the ESMB segment in Philippines. TheManager, Sales is responsible for defining strategies for growingrevenue, identifying account-wide opportunities, and successfullyrunning both the strategic and operationallevels.
As a first line Manager, Sales, you willbe managing and developing a team of Account Executives. You willparticipate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well aswork cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resourcesas required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring anddevelopment of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring andtraining new team members on sales process. You are responsible foryour team's forecastaccuracy.
