Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Events Management

Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, including brand activations, corporate functions, community events, and collaborations.
Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee on-site event operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.

2. Partnerships & Business Development

Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and organizations.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.

Maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaborations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize partnership visibility and value.

Research and explore new opportunities for brand collaborations and joint marketing efforts.

3. Marketing & Communications Support

Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns for events and partnerships.

Leverage social media, email marketing, and PR to drive attendance and engagement.

Coordinate photography, videography, and media coverage for events.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in events, partnerships, or business development.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with event / project management tools.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
