Handle full spectrum of Human Resource function :
- Recruitment & Selection to meet operation staffing needs or company expansion
- Responsible for Full Employee Lifecycle, ie. On-boarding / off-boarding, and maintain proper employee records.
- Handle all work passed related applications, renewal & tracking
- Compensation & Benefits - Payroll administration & processing, CPF, annual leave, medical claims, petty cash, employee appraisal, etc.
- Liaise with government agencies for statutory matters eg. NSmen, Maternity / Childcare leave, Union, etc
- Employees training and development including funding applications.
- Organise company events, staff communications, employee handbook & HR improvement projects
- Generate and tracking of HR Report and other adhoc duties as assigned
