Land Surveyor

Reports to: Project Engineer

Duties:

• Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction projects, site boundaries, and land titles.
• Perform setting out of building grid lines before and during construction.
• Carry out surveys related to land use, housing, and traffic patterns.
• Conduct routine building alignment surveys throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge of precast installation and verticality control is a plus.
