Job scope and responsibilities :

• Manage scheduling for site manpower
• Manage HR related issues for site manpower
• Travelling to all sites to ensure safety
• Troubleshoot and problem solve site related problems
• Procurement of site materials
• Troubleshooting inverters
• Tracking and maintenance of warehouse inventory
• Quality check on solar installation on day of commissioning
• Manage sub contractors
