Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in the local fashion retail Good leadership and interpersonal skill Independent and organized with good initiatives Flair in customer service Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays Attractive remuneration package (Salary range : S$2,300 - S$3,500 including Commission, when applicable) Medical coverage Annual leave Staff discount Comprehensive service and product training OT, allowances, incentives and performance bonus, when applicable
Job Description
- Responsible for managing the daily operation of retail outlet
- Proactive in achieving the monthly sales targets
- Effective planning of weekly rosters to ensure maximum utilization of manpower
- Responsible for inventory management
- Handling customer service
- Staff training
