Job Description

The candidate will develop deep-learning frameworks and foundation models for regional / global weather / climate prediction, data assimilation, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in multimodal data processing and AI technologies, such as transformers, foundation models, and generative models.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills are required; Experience in Python and high-performance computing.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and top conferences.
• A Ph.D. degree in relevant fields such as computer science, image processing, or computer vision
