We are now looking for an entrepreneurial finance leader to join as part of the leadership team in building and scaling the emerging markets finance function.

Description

We are looking for an integral member of the leadership team responsible for the overall strategic planning and financial activities within the company. Apart from the daily finance operations and governance, you will manage all corporate finance matters including investor relations, M&A and investment decisions, fund raising as well as preparing the company for IPO readiness. You are a key business partner to commercial and operation heads in formulating strategies for growth and driving key metrics to achieve business objectives and profitability goals. You will drive continuous improvements in processes and drive best practices across different markets.

Profile

The successful candidate should have :

• Degree qualified with more than 10 years of working experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• An experienced finance business partner in supporting a high growth business achieve performance targets, challenge status quo and identify opportunities for growth.
• Good corporate finance experience including experience in M&A deals, investor relations and fund raising activities.
• Strong leadership experience in managing finance teams dealing with high volume business.
• Highly motivated individual, independent and hands-on will be crucial.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
