Job descriptionDegree / Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling using AutoCad, preferably in data centre or critical environment. MEP BIM Experienced in modelling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection Services Able to understand other trades that involve electrical and draw electrical drawings in layout and single line diagram. Architectural / Structural Experienced in modelling and drafting Architecture & Civil Structural Able to understand and draw architectural and structural models / drawings. Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred. Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour. Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, create and edit BIM models.
- Prepare proposal, shop and as-built drawing.
- Conduct clash detection and conflict solution.
- Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing.
- Liaise with contractors to update on any changes and new requirements.
- Propose model design drawings for contractors and vendor.
- Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM with accuracy.
- Follow-up as-built drawing based on feedback from clients and consultants.
