Roles & Responsibilities

(A) Job Summary :

Assists the Construction Manager in project planning and overseeing specific works on site.

(B) Essential Job Functions :

• The Senior Site Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following :
• Assist Construction Manager of overall planning functions, including project schedulesand progress tracking.
• Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues andimplementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Maintain and update all project schedules regularly, collecting actual data such asprogress status and manpower allocation.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultantsubmissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or challenges and developcontingency plans to mitigate them.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate site-related technical problems encountered.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager / General Manager / ProjectDirector.
