Job Description & Requirements

Our client is one of the leading providers of apparel manufacturing and rental solutions for parties and corporate entertainment events across Southeast Asia. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Officer to join their team.

Job Scope :

• Financial Reporting & Compliance : Prepare accurate management accounts, ensure balance sheet reconciliations, and manage year-end closing, GST, tax returns, and grant applications in compliance with regulations.
• Strategic Planning & Analysis : Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial results, lead budgeting and forecasting across China, Malaysia, and Batam, and support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
• Cost Management & Efficiency : Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct cost analysis, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Systems & Process Improvement : Enhance financial systems and reporting processes to boost efficiency while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital : Support effective cash cycle management by optimizing creditor, debtor, and inventory processes, ensuring healthy cash flow.

Requirements :

Working Hours : 5.5 workweek / Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm / Sat 9am- 1pm (Virtual meeting)

Working Location : Bendemeer (10 mins walk from MRT)

Salary : Up to $4,500
