Key Responsibilities :

• Proper techniques of optical handling
• Able to cement parts for slicing & de-cement after slicing
• Dress cutter
• Able to slice raw material optimally and Maintain part dimensions
• Program Selection
• Maintenance & changing coolant system and Coolant preparation
• To conduct Incoming & outgoing inspection
• Able to perform even lacquer spray for finished optics per control plan
• Knowledge of setting up layout & orientation (optics) for sharp edges prisms (chip control process)
• To perform preventive maintenance of Slicing machine including filtration system
• Able to slice finished optics optimally
• Knowledge of diamond cutters, material types to achieve effective slicing including of selection of diamond wheel
