We are seeking a Construction Manager with proven experience in LTA MRT projects to join our team on a high-profile infrastructure development. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site management, coordination, and project execution on one of Singapore’s strategic transport projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Foster strong working relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage daily site operations and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Coordinate construction activities across teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Track productivity rates and align them with project schedules.
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools to ensure smooth site operations.
• Lead regular meetings with site teams to promote quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with LTA standards and project specifications.
